During Six Weeks of Support, I’ll help you listen to your inner “self” and get really clear about that one wellness change you’d like to make. Then I’ll facilitate, guide, and assist you in making lasting and successful lifestyle changes that will benefit your well-being.
To ensure the appropriate level of interaction, sharing and support, the group will be small, limited to only 6 people. Together, we will hold each other accountable and be each other’s cheerleaders during the success and growth we all experience. The group will provide you a chance to slow down and make space for yourself and the action steps that will accomplish your goal.
What would this look like?
- Six weeks of interactive and participatory 75-minute live calls;
- Between call email access with me for questions, concerns, suggestions;
- Weekly affirmations, reflections, and self-paced journal exercises;
- Support from the six other participants in the program; and
- Handouts, recipes, and articles as they fit into the topic material.

Plus! Six Weeks of Support was approved by the Maryland Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. With your program you will also receive six contact hours for attending each of the six weeks of live program calls.
